Our innovative production process enables to obtain granules characterized by a macro-pores forming trabecular structure and a high and interconnected micro-porosity inside each granule (high surface area). This controlled and reproducible morphology promotes blood vessel infiltration, high wettability (capillarity), nutrients transportation and clot formation, which are fundamental to stimulate the overall healing process, besides allowing cell infiltration and new bone growth.
